“I have definitely learned a lot from the wellness program thus far.   The most significant thing I have learned is how to eat better.  The education part of the program was significant for me in learning why certain foods are either good or not good for you and how metabolism, muscle and body fat are affected.  I am following the guidelines on how and when to eat and it has become part of my daily routine.  I have also incorporated the plan into my husband’s meals.  I still have “bad” days here and there but plan ahead if I know I’ll be eating pizza for dinner and try to be good before and after those times. I feel more energized and do not have the highs and lows during the day like I experienced before.  I have also lost about 7 or 8 pounds since late January and I am very happy with the results.  I would recommend the Wellness Program from Employer’s Edge to any organization”.
